From September,10,2013 to October,2,2013. I went from doing 30 curl-ups to 32 curl-ups.I improved because, i worked hard on the exercises we did the following weeks.And yes i did try my best.I an improve by going home an doing curl-ups
From September,10,2013 to October,2,2013.I went from doing 15 push-ups to 16 push-ups.I did not do what i wanted to do on my push-up test because,i need to work harder!!!....I did not try my best because,push-ups are not my best exercise.WAYS I CAN IMPROVE ARE GOING HOME AN DOING PUSH-UP TRYING HARDER
From September,10,2013 to October,2,2013.I went from doing 100 step-ups to 102 step ups.I improved because,i really love doing the step ups an i tried my best.I tried my best but i can really do way better i know i can.The way i can improve is staying focused
